College Application Night!
When: Wednesday, October 22nd
Time: 3-5 PM
Where: High School Library/Media Center
The purpose of this event is to help students apply for college before deadlines (many of which are November 1 or December 1 to be considered for the most scholarships). Information about completing the first step for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) will also be available. A College Application Worksheet for students to fill out before attending may be picked up from the Guidance Office. Student’s transcripts are also available in the Guidance Office for students to use to fill out the form. Having this worksheet completed and available at the College Application event will allow students to quickly and easily complete college applications. Additionally, students should bring payment information with them if they plan on paying application fees that day. Information about fee waivers is included in the worksheet.
We encourage all students and families to attend! Any student who attends with a parent or guardian will be entered into a drawing for a $25 gas card.
