The Guidance Department is hosting a 21st Century Scholars Pizza Party on Thursday, December 3rd from 6-7 pm in the Jr.-Sr. High School library. We would like to encourage 7th and 8th grade students and parents to attend this event. A representative from 21st Century Scholars Outreach will be on site for a presentation at 6:15 pm and assistance with completing an application. The representative has asked for families to have the following information the night of the event:
1. Social Security Number (parent/guardian and student)
2. Date of Birth
3. Address
4. 2014 Gross Income
5. Valid E-mail Address
