A public meeting on proposed contract between the Board of School Trustees of the Eminence Community School Corporation and A New Superintendent of Schools. This public meeting will be held on Friday, July 24, 2015 at 6:00pm in the Administrative Office, Eminence Indiana. The meeting purpose is discussing and hearing objections to and support for the proposed contract.

Meeting Purpose: Discussing and hearing objections to and support for the proposed contract
Specific Details of Three Year Contract paid by the Board:
August 1, 2015-July 31, 2016
Salary Days Medical Ins* Annuity Life Ins ($75,000)* Dental Ins* Vision Ins* LTD Ins* Teacher Ret Total Pkg
$75,000 230 $19,950.00 $3399.00 $144.00 $1312.00 $362.00 $207.00 $9,970.00 $110,344.00
Sick Days 13 – No Paid Vacation – Highly Effective or Effective Evaluation = an additional $4,000.00, making the possible max total $114,344.00
*Indicates the Board contribution may be adjusted if the carrier increases the premium of same level of coverage
** Annuity, Social Security and TRF based on salary plus medical insurance. This is a benefit for the Superintendent when his/her 20 highest calendar quarters are used to compute teacher retirement benefits. This is an accepted practice. The decision to employ this practice does result in some additional expenses to the Board because contributions to FICA and teacher retirement are greater than if paid on salary only.
Federal Mileage Rate for Corporation business at federal rate. Dues to Indiana Association of Public School Superintendents ($555.00)
