We have opened online registration for the 2019-20 school year. You can log into Harmony and fill out the necessary paperwork, pay book rental, and enroll in the Chromebook damage waiver program. If you need help, below you will find an instructional video that will walk you through the process. The video is from last year, so it does have the wrong date for walk-in registration. Also, we have emailed out the student registration codes needed to add your child to your Harmony account if you haven’t yet done that.
Students grades 6 and up should have or create their own Harmony accounts to see their schedules, track their own grades, and fill out the necessary paperwork that they need. Additionally, if you register online and pay any outstanding fees including the $20 for the damage waiver program by July 22, your child will get his or her Chromebook at the start of the day on the first day of school. If these things are not completed, your child will need to get those things done before he or she gets his or her device.
If you or someone you know cannot register online for lack of internet access or if it is a student new to Eminence, Eminence staff will be available in the lobby with computers to help just those people that need it on July 29 from 8:00-4:00. We will not have an open house the night before school begins – you can send in supplies with your child on the first day. Instead we will have a Meet-the-Teacher night the second week of school, exact date to-be-determined.
If you or someone you know needs to enroll a student, enrollment forms are available in the k-12 office. New Kindergarten students and students that are not transferring from another school need to provide immunization records and a birth certificate when enrolling.
